Peripheral Driven Rotary Bridge Scrapers

Rotary Bridge Scrapers are used in treatment plants to scrape the sludge that settles at the bottom of circular sedimentation tanks and to remove the foam or oil layer accumulated on the surface from the tank.

Rotary scrapers are divided into fixed bridge or rotating bridge scrapers. Depending on the project, bridges can be produced from carbon steel, epoxy painted, galvanized or stainless materials. The parts in contact with water can be produced from stainless material.

Linear Chain Scrapers

Linear Chain Scrapers are scrapers used in linear pools or channels. Scraper pallets are manufactured according to the pool width.

Scraper pallets are made of stainless material and a scraping tire is attached to them. Chains and gears can be made of stainless material according to the project, and our specially manufactured plastic gears and chains are preferred because they are resistant to corrosion, especially in scraper systems operating in corrosive environments.
