Floating Aerators

Floating Aerators are one of the superficial mechanical ventilation equipment models that enable the transfer of oxygen to the water required for the vital activities of microorganisms in the aeration pool in wastewater treatment plants with aerobic activated sludge systems. The specially designed fan absorbs the wastewater and sprays it onto the pool surface, allowing it to spread on the surface in very small particles. Thus, the surface area of the wastewater in contact with air increases and oxygen transfer is provided to the wastewater. Additionally, as it provides mixing within the pool, sedimentation is prevented.
