Telescopic Valve

Penstocks are used as flow control equipment in treatment plants, water structures and channels. Different types of penstocks are used depending on their installation location and operating method.

According to the installation location;

• Pipe Type Penstocks:

. These are penstocks that can be connected to pipe transition points.

• Wall Type Penstocks:

These are penstocks mounted on the side wall surfaces of water structures. They are used at the entrance point of the water channel to the pool and in the water transition structures between pools.

• Channel Type Penstocks:

These are penstocks installed inside the channels to control the flow in water channels.

According to their working methods;

• Manual Penstocks:

Control is provided manually with the flywheel.

• Actuator Penstocks:

Penstock has a motorized actuator for opening and closing. It can be controlled via the control panel. The design and material selection of penstocks are made according to the place of use and purpose.
